Since Al Fursan was entering the online market for the first time, the biggest challenge was building a comprehensive digital identity from scratch. Without any prior website or online platform, the entire structure—visual design, product presentation, user flow, and technical setup—needed to be created thoughtfully to represent the brand’s premium nature. Additionally, the diversity of products required an intuitive navigation system that would allow users to easily browse and discover items without feeling overwhelmed. With a large portion of visitors expected from mobile devices, ensuring an effortless and fast mobile experience was critical to meeting user expectations and maximizing engagement.
